We are looking for Passionate and hard-working Information Technology Specialists who want to live and work in Germany or Netherlands region under Work and PR Visa.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems, ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
They will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical documentation, and stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in software development.
ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, virtual machines, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure optimal performance and security.
Implement and enforce security measures including intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups using tools like Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions like cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure), virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEM, DLP).
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to plan and execute projects such as network upgrades, server migrations, and software deployments.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Conduct user training sessions on IT security protocols, software applications, and best practices for data protection and compliance.
Stay abreast of industry standards, certifications, and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT infrastructure and operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience.
Proficient in providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Skilled in configuring, monitoring, and optimizing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Knowledgeable in implementing cybersecurity measures and effectively responding to security incidents.
Capable of planning and executing IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
Able to create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems, networks, and procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
