Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Receptionist to join our hotel's front desk team.

As an Executive Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary range for this position is between $10,000 and $15,000, commensurate with prior experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
  • Handle checkin and checkout procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing details.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and special promotions to provide accurate and uptodate information.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer, following established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
  • Uphold privacy and security standards to protect guest confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access to guest information.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification - +2

Having hotel Management degree will be an added advantage

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk agent in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and dependability.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.

Salary:

Sundays - Saturday

  • 7:00am 5:00pm Morning Shift
  • 11:00am 9:00pm Mid Shift
  • 9:00pm 7:00am Evening Shift
