**Business Development Role for Mutual Fund Industry:**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Onxx Staffing Solutions. As a Mutual Fund Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with mutual fund distributors and registered investment advisors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mutual fund distributors and registered investment advisors.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall customer experience.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree or MBA in any field.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in an asset management company (AMC) or other financial services organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
