Specific Responsibilities

1. Creating user-centered designs by gathering and understanding business requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers

2. Design UI for mobile applications (Android + iOS) and web applications

3. Determine the information architecture and navigation flow for the system

4. Prepare and present rough sketches and basic wireframes to our internal team and stakeholders

5. Translating design requirements into a design system that will include a style guide, design patterns, and UI components

6. Create high-quality UI which showcase how the system works, cover all the positive and negative scenarios

7. Create UI prototypes for our stakeholders, engineer team that shows the navigation and how our product will look like

8. Creating mobile and tablet responsive designs for web applications

9. Collaborating effectively with the engineer team providing all necessary assets and solving their UX UI issues

10. Incorporating customer and field testers feedback into design in order to enhance the user experience

11. Comply with standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.

12. Follow Agile Scrum Methodology

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS:

Key Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or relevant field with a portfolio demonstrating user experience and visual design.

2. 4+ years of relevant experience with web and mobile application projects

3. Expertise using Figma, Sketch.

4. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Behavioral Skills

1. Excellent communication skills and can clearly convey your ideas, designs, and suggestions

2. Flexible in work timing to support different geographic regions.

3. Strong problem-solving skills.

Contract Duration : 6 months to 1 year, Extension or conversions will be based on performance and business requirements.
