Responsibilities
  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement transparent HR policies and guarantee employees' comprehension and adherence to them
  • Execute efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods
  • Evaluate training requirements and organize learning and development initiatives for all staff members
  • Support in the HR department's financial planning
  • Be the primary contact for labor law matters
  • Address employee grievances
  • Establish and manage referral incentive programs
  • Assess current HR technology and suggest more efficient software solutions (including HRIS and ATS)
  • Track employee retention and turnover statistics
  • Supervise the day-to-day functions of the HR department

Requirements

  • Demonstrated work experience as an HR Executive, or in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations (especially employment agreements, staff absences, and insurance)
  • Evident leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
