Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining our Salesforce platform, staying abreast of Salesforce updates, utilizing Co-pilot effectively, and implementing pre-built Einstein features. Proficiency in Case Management System is essential for this position.
  • Independently manage and enhance the Salesforce platform proactively.
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and utilize Co-pilot for streamlined maintenance.
  • Implement pre-built Einstein features to optimize system functionality.
  • Address new business requirements and resolve existing issues.
  • Perform Salesforce development, administration, and configuration duties.

  • Proficiency in Case Management System operations is pivotal.
  • Solid grasp of Salesforce development, administration, and configuration.
