Description :
1 -Oversee the technical aspects of the SAP VMS solution in Vehicle Logistics process, ensuring it aligns with business goals and manage the integration of SAP systems with the Vehicle Logistics system to enable smooth data flow.
3-Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for IT Vehicle Logistics in alignment with overall business and IT strategies.
4-Lead and manage a team of IT professionals dedicated to Vehicle Logistics, including developers, analysts, and administrators and foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the Vehicle Logistics IT team.
5-Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user interface and overall user experience of the logistics process and Implement improvements to optimize the overall process.
7-Manage the end-to-end delivery of Vehicle Logistics projects, Change Requests, Incidents & Service Requests and ensure the solutions are deployed with High quality and within agreed Timelines
8-Support in Implementing the analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of SAP solutions and Generate reports and insights to evaluate the success of SAP Vehicle Logistics initiatives
9-Ensure seamless integration between the SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, IS-AUTO (VMS/DBM), MM, Finance and Facilitate real-time data synchronization to provide accurate and up-to-date information

Job Holder has an authority to approve/decline the design, configuration, customization of SAP/Non-SAP Vehicle Logistics solutions and Recommend/Implement best practices for solution implementation and optimization.
Job Holder has the freedom to make decisions related to issue resolution, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to problems that arise during the project.
The job holder has a crucial strategic role in delivering the IT Vehicle Logistics Projects within agreed Timelines.Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus:
The job holder has a crucial strategic role in optimizing existing solutions, reducing operational costs, and improving overall user experience in Vehicle Logistics solutions in alignment with the needs and expectations of end-users, and other stakeholders.
The job holder has a crucial supporting role in successful Integration with SAP ECC Sales, Procurement, Finance and BI applications.
The job holder has a strategic role in developing and monitoring the IT Vehicle Logistics team while developing a succession plan within the department.
Qualification/Education, Experience, and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science is required.
Minimum Experience:
10 years of relevant experience in IT/Consulting and 5 years of Experience in Automotive Industry.
Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2 end to end SAP IS- Auto implementation and/or consulting experience and 3-4 Development/Rollout/Support projects of Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
Job-Specific Skills:
In-Depth experience in SAP Vehicle Logistics solutions & integration with SAP IS-Auto / Core SAP business suite components (SAP MM, DBM, SD, FI, CRM)
Experience in all phases of SAP Vehicle Logistics projects, including design, realization, testing and go-live or similar exposure through maintenance and support activities.
Good exposure in working with both technical and business teams to resolve and reduce identified gaps and changes.
Lead the Vehicle Logistics Design sessions with business and technical teams leveraging SAP best practices and industry templates.
Domain expertise especially in Vehicle Logistics, Procurement and Sales Processes associated with complex projects for Automotive Importers and dealers.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously with Strong Project management and leadership skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, multi-cultural tolerance, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Special Certification or Membership:
Certification in SAP is a plus
