- Manage the performance evaluation process and provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in legislation.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive work culture and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR team to administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to foster their growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing a team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
