Main Responsibilities:


Having extensive experience in understanding the Private Equity Structure and fund'sstructureShould possess command on Transfer Agency, Registrars, Administration, investoroperations set departments.

Managerial experience in overseeing the deals and agreements, including an overallinvestment strategy and daily operations.- Good understanding of transitions/ Migrations in their prior stints.

Sound knowledge in terms of handling multiple jurisdictions / clients necessarily inTransfer Agency- Administrative and Transfer Agency services.- Should be able to drive Productivity and efficiency across the set of teamsShould act as middle person between Onshore and offshore in driving the businessoperations.- Should possess excellent reporting skills.

Should be able to adapt / manage to the challenging situations and providing thedesired solution.-Should have played a high-end role in terms of people management in their previousroles.

Strong analytical skillsResponsible for meeting all client deliverables.

Should understand the below set activities/skillsets:

  • Hands-on Fund Setup, Investor Setup, Company Setup, Contacts andcirculation list updates over investor portalShould have expertise and understanding over linking, updating and deletingof investors, contacts, address and bank wire details to the funds overinvestorportal.
  • Should have fair understanding of invoices reading and processing paymentsthrough payment platforms.

Need to have the basic understanding of Excel and the formulas like V-lookup,H-lookup match, index and IF functions etc.- Initiating of Capital Call TransactionsPerforming Mail Merge activity to send Financial Notices / Statements to theInvestors.

Performing activities related to Capital Call notices, PCAPs.

Distribution letters & K1'sEnsure adherence to the Legal and Compliance teams while reviewingthe wireinstructions.- Working Closely with Onshore counterpart on individual Funds assigned- like Investran,SunGard, SDX, report wizard, Fund master/Fund Manager, E-front, InvestmentCafé, TNR etc.- Maintaining tracker for Capital Call transactionsReviewing and processing of Management / Performance fees and incentivefees.-Acting as a primary contact day-to-day contact with clients and other fundparticipants.-Investigation of Investors Subscription & redemption documents- Must have team handling/people management experience.

Positive attitude and team spirit is a must.

Working knowledge of Investran, SunGard, SDX, Report wizard, Fundmaster/Fund Manager, E-front, Investment Café, TNR highly desirable (orother Private Equity system)- Private equity / Real estate fund administration experienceMinimum 9-14 years of experience in Private equity / Real estate fundExcellent communication skills and expert in English (verbal and written)A good team player who can manage individual responsibilities with lesssupervision.- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word)Self-motivated and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadline.
