Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX

Design Team:
Manage and mentor a team of talented UI/UX designers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Design Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive design sales and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Actively engage in client-facing interactions, including pre-sales consultations and presentations.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Industry Expertise and Solutions:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Provide industry-specific insights and solutions to address client challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design strategies and business goals.

Presales and Proposal Development:
Participate in presales activities, including client meetings, RFP/RFQ responses, and proposal presentations.
Articulate the value proposition of our design services and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral and presentations.

An ideal candidate would have:
Proven track record of

at least 7 years in UI/UX design , with expertise in designing user-centred solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and human-computer interaction.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
