Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Primary Skills :
- Proficient in designing and executing complex SQL queries, data cleansing techniques, data quality improvement, and planning migration activities.
- Designing and developing and maintaining custom solutions using multiple programming tools including SQL, Excel, VBA, PowerShell.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, planning tasks and estimated delivery dates (project planning), and escalation management.
- Exposed to any of ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, and SAP.
Additional Skills :
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives (As-Is and To-Be).
- Perform indepth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and datadriven recommendations to support business decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
- Document data analysis methodologies, processes, and outcomes for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including Data Engineers and Business Analysts, to address datarelated challenges and support datadriven initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data migration.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
