• Professional academic background to bridge gaps between School Management, Students, Guardians, and stakeholders
• Experience in Learning and Development, Research and Development, and New Product Development

Educational Qualification:

Minimum requirement: Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar Faculty position, preferably in offline teaching

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to contribute to Project teams for setting up School Labs
• Readiness to travel to different locations on short notice
• Ability to undertake immediate assignments from School Management
• Accept challenges and provide regular reports to Management
• Punctuality, professional presentation, and good grooming are essential
• Proficiency in English and Local Language is a must, with Hindi skills preferred in Hindi-speaking regions

Selection Process:

Includes Bio Data Screening, Technical Round, HR Round, and a Director Round if required

Salary Range: INR 3-5.0 Lakhs per year with Accommodation
