You will be responsible for oversight of the EPMT Data Domain (Product Master Data), which includes reviewing business requirements, translating into technical specifications, quality assurance and level three (L3) production support (as/when required).

About the Role

In this opportunity as Lead, Technical Data Steward (EPMT – Product) , you will:

Assists with and/or reviews business requirements and ensure completeness and resolves any ambiguity (clarifies requirements). Ensures use of requirements traceability principles and change control processes in execution of daily responsibilities. Translates and/or reviews technical specifications ensuring alignment with requirements (and completeness). Assist in identification and implementation of short-term and long-term solution options, including risk assessments, and recommendations to business and technology leadership. Assists and reviews design options and is accountable to ensure business and technical requirements are met. Defines and leads overall testing requirements and strategies ensuring application fully meets business, technical and operational requirements. Provides business, technical, or general guidance to team members as well as across teams in area of subject mater expert by possessing in-depth knowledge Data Domain (EPMT). Develops milestones and dependencies for realistic estimates required for own work and may validate other team members' estimates. Coordinates and supports related groups, such as but not limited to documentation teams, quality assurance teams, customer support teams or operations/deployment teams. Facilitates discussions, actively listens, identifies, and communicates issues. Communicates status updates and reports to management and key stakeholders. Interacts with stakeholders (possibly international), team members, and management within or across organizations for the purpose of communication, collaboration, and influencing. Adept at all aspects of technical communications, including using presentations technologies (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint) and software demonstrations. Designs and delivers demonstrations of software to business and technical stakeholders. May contribute to, or create, and execute communication plan. Ensures self and team use disciplined system development lifecycle processes, adhering to team/company standards and best practice guidelines, and corporate policies. Researches and identifies standards and best practices as appropriate for discipline.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Platform Support Analyst if your background includes:

6+ years business analysis, technical specifications, data models, and quality assurance experience. Knowledge in Java, database technologies like SQL Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
