Wie wird dein Tag aussehen

Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie von Thinkproject durch die Identifizierung, das Verständnis und das Management von ökologischen, sozialen und Governance-Auswirkungen. Leitung, Koordinierung und Optimierung der globalen ESG-Datenerhebung in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen (Marketing, Personal, Compliance usw.) und Ländern. Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -konsistenz auf globaler und nationaler Ebene. Überwachung, Analyse und Erstellung von vierteljährlichen und jährlichen ESG-Daten-Dashboards, KPIs und Berichten, einschließlich des Jahresberichts von Thinkproject, des Corporate Carbon Footprint, des Investorenberichts und der UN-Fortschrittsmitteilung. Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen und Tools zur Messung der ESG-Auswirkungen und der Leistung in unserem Tagesgeschäft, z. B. Lieferkettenmanagement, Dekarbonisierungsstrategie oder soziale und ehrenamtliche Aktivitäten. Interpretieren, analysieren und erstellen von Datenvisualisierungen und Leistungsdaten, um Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen, die Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen und die Ziele der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie zu erreichen. Verwaltung und Koordinierung der Umsetzung geltender gesetzlicher Anforderungen mit Unterstützung externer Experten im Einklang mit der Richtlinie zur Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung (CSRD) im Unternehmen.

Was brauchst du, um die Rolle zu erfüllen

3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung. Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Computertechnik, Nachhaltigkeit, Datenwissenschaft oder einem relevanten Bereich. Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse- und Visualisierungstools wie Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python und anderer relevanter Software. Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und die Fähigkeit, Daten zu synthetisieren und zu interpretieren. Kenntnisse über Nachhaltigkeitsrahmen und -methoden wie das GHG-Protokoll, die Global Reporting Initiative, die Ziele für nachhaltige Entwicklung und die nichtfinanzielle Berichterstattung sind von Vorteil. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz. Leidenschaft für die Schaffung positiver Auswirkungen und die Integration von Nachhaltigkeit in den Geschäftskontext.
