Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT Service Continuity Process focusing on Disaster Recovery activities
  • Execute actions from internal and external DR Audits
  • Coordinate Integrated Disaster Recovery Tests for Data Centres
  • Facilitate onboarding of new applications for Disaster Recovery
  • Ensure up-to-date Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Enhance awareness of ITDRMT, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Process
  • Collaborate with Central ITSC Teams on task alignment and documentation
  • Contribute to Software License Management Processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Educated to a degree level, preferably in B.E. or BCA/Information Technology
  • 9 to 10 years of relevant experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Process, and Software License management
  • Strong process orientation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ITIL processes, dashboards, and reports
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in Service Now

Mandatory Skills:

  • ITIL V3 Foundations certified
  • Experience in Service Now tool
  • Working knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Software License management
  • Experience in Process Designing and Documentation

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of the IT business environment
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (optional)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and ITIL Service operations
