We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager / Delivery Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.
As an Account Manager / Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of staffing services, and ensuring the successful fulfillment of client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their staffing needs.
Collaborate with clients to define requirements, develop staffing strategies, and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
Work closely with our recruiting team to source, screen, and select candidates that align with client requirements and expectations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, and take proactive measures to address any issues or challenges.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment activities, progress, and results.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging best practices in staffing and recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering staffing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus.
