The Senior Graphics Designer will play a key role in shaping and communicating Blue Yonder's brand identity through a variety of internal and external facing creative projects related to employer branding and recruitment marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to create visually compelling materials that enhance employee engagement and reinforce our corporate culture.

ScopeWork cross-functionally with the human resource and global marketing teams to manage and execute employer branding and communications initiatives to attract top talent.

What you will doDesign and develop visually appealing employee benefit brochures, recruitment content, internal newsletters, and other communication materials.

Create compelling and engaging content, including advertisements, blog posts, scripting videos, and other multimedia content tailored to different audiences and channels.

Create content to leverage digital channels such as social media, job boards, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to attract and engage candidates.

Leverage Adobe Photoshop and Canva templates to design social media posts and digital ads.

What we are looking for:


Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, internal teams, and external partners, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.4-6 years of hands-on experience in planning and execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

Understanding of branding principles and the ability to effectively communicate the organization's employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates.

Hands-on experience of copywriting / content writing as an additional skillset, preferred.
