This is an international flight booking process where you are required to take calls, chats, and emails of customers who want to book their flights from the USA and Canada to India.

You must have knowledge of flight-booking process and software to suggest the best prices and itinerary to them.

ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities

  • Identify passengers' specifications, and desires and guide them with suitable flight reservations at per passengers' convenience. Completely U.S process and customers will be 100% from U.S geography.
  • Plan the complete Itinerary for the passengers related to the flight reservation
  • Supply travellers with pertinent information related to their queries related to airlines booking
  • Guide existing passengers with the cancellation, and refunds for their existing booking.
  • The candidate will be responsible to make a reservation on Amadeus
  • Generate revenue on a daily/monthly basis by generating GPM out of bookings/PNR made.


Qualifications· Minimum 6 months of experience in U.S flight reservation.· Hands-on experience with flight reservations in purely U.S/Canada geography.· Candidate must be familiar with Amadeus.· Proficiency in spoken and written English.· Exemplary selling skills and passengers-oriented approach· Ability to handle passengers' escalations and give them resolution.



Must have knowledge and experience of Amadeus Software, which is used for all international flight bookings.
