A. BusinessDevelopment SalesManagement

  • DonorAcquisition & Funding Collaborations Generate leads &develop new B2B partnerships across sources channels i.e. domestic& international institutions (grant makingfoundations/philanthropic trusts/CSR/multi lateral agencies platforms on RFPs & Grants.)

C. TeamManagement

  • Groomjunior resources in the team; buddy newjoiners

D.Grant / FundsManagement

  • Keyrole in funding allocations; financial programmatic decisions &reporting on grants

Experience andQualifications:

Prefer candidates who possess thefollowing:

  • Total workexperience: Graduates (preferred commerce / math / economicsstream) / Postgraduates/ PGs preferred in managementfield).
  • Exposure to the social sector /directly in an NGO (preferred).
  • For Manager: 10years for grad. / 8 years for PGs incl. 3 years in social sector(pref.).
  • For Sr. Manager: 14 years for grad./12 years for PG incl. 5 years in social sector(pref.).
  • Solid networking skills &relationship orientation
  • Experience indeveloping connections with potential major donors andsupporters
  • Program or Donor Managementexperience in the social
    development space (CorporateFoundations/NGOs/Social Implementation Partners) OR B2B corporateexperience in hospitality/media/ BFSI / KPO in a BD /sales /relationship mgt. role
