The individual in this role oversees all activities related to Employee Engagement & Retention within the Aligned Process. It is crucial to ensure that all EE&R tasks and performance standards are met within the set timeframes, guaranteeing the utmost levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Employee Relationship and Communication:
    • Act as the main point of contact representing EE&R in the aligned process by handling employee relations, queries and grievances effectively.
    • Conduct policy sessions during various stages such as induction, training, and regular operations.
    • Maintain a visible presence on the operations floor.
    • Lead the Reward and Recognition process, including managing distressing situations.
    • Provide support for activities requiring EE&R intervention.
    • Execute ESAT/Dipstick & 360 Surveys promptly and take necessary actions in identified areas.
    • Communicate policy/procedure updates to all involved parties.
    • Drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
    • Engage with Team Leaders/Managers and Teams regularly to address concerns and provide HR updates through skip level meetings and One-on-ones.
    • Organize fun activities to boost morale.
  • Manage Career Progression & Performance:
    • Ensure timely execution of Performance Management Process annually and bi-annually.
    • Facilitate Internal Job Postings (Lateral) in the Process.
    • Conduct assessment centers to promote advisors to higher levels.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    • Handle exit formalities for resigned employees.
    • Process annual increments following the life cycle approach.
    • Confirmations after six months.
    • Coordinate timely submission of payroll inputs and verification before sending to vendors.
    • Monitor Background Checks and take necessary steps for unfavorable reports.
    • Prepare weekly headcount and attrition reports.
    • Support effective Audits.
  • Lead Other Activities/Initiatives:
    • Offer innovative solutions to tackle operational challenges.
    • Engage in productivity-enhancing initiatives (Five S, 6 Sigma, etc).

Experience:

Relevant HR experience in Provider and a minimum of 3 to 4 years in HR (Provider experience is mandatory)

MBA in HR
