What you'll do:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights.

Business Partnering:
Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and challenges.
Provide financial advice and support to drive business performance.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of budgets and forecasts.
Analyze variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts and provide explanations.

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage financial systems and tools to streamline reporting and analysis.

What you'll need:
A Graduate in ACCA or CA is preferred.

A minimum of 1 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with a focus on financial analysis and business partnering.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinking and ability to influencedecision-making.
