We are seeking a skilled and experienced GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Developer to join our dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing GRC solutions, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.


This role requires a deep understanding of GRC processes and the ability to customize and enhance ServiceNow GRC modules to meet our organizational needs.


  • Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
  • Develop and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions to enhance GRC functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage data imports/exports as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify GRC process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and procedures.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of GRC projects, ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRCrelated issues.
  • Ensure GRC solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement security measures and access controls within ServiceNow GRC applications.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing GRC solutions, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant languages.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration methodologies.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Certifications :

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC or other relevant modules are a plus.
