JOB SUMMARY

RealPage is currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Business Enterprise Solutions and Technology Department. As a Salesforce Business Analyst at RealPage, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to analyze customer requirements, document processes, design effective solutions, and create technical documentation for platform implementations, integrations, and enhancements. This role involves gathering business needs, crafting user stories, and developing scalable solutions for important projects in data analytics and reporting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect requirements from internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the SDLC lifecycle phases like requirement analysis, design, development, and testing.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders across different departments.
  • Showcase strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Assist in problem resolution with project/product managers and provide progress updates in a concise written form.
  • Develop project-related documents such as technical documentation, system requirements, and traceability matrices.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to create release documents and system test scripts.
  • Lead business process analysis sessions.
  • Contribute to small team design sessions and overall design efforts.
  • Conduct presentations and application walk-throughs.
  • Manage tasks and adhere to project delivery schedules.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Organize and oversee the EIS roadmap by engaging in client discussions to determine feature priorities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Business Analysis experience with exposure to project management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Familiarity with various development methodologies including SDLC, Waterfall & Agile practices.
  • Strong understanding of data principles and experience in powerBI, SQL, and analytics projects.
  • Experience with Custom Objects and integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Effective multitasker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and analytical approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed.
  • Prior experience in multi-family real estate or financial reporting is desirable.
