Roles & Responsibilities:


As product manager you'll be identifying customer needs and business objectives to build world-class fin tech products for our customers.

Areas of Responsibility (AOR):

  • Owning and devising the overall product strategy
  • Responsible for driving the product strategy and executing the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Sales and Corporate teams
  • Ownership of the product effectiveness improvements in all aspects of the product & value creation chain
  • Managing the relationship with the banks, NBFC, service provider partner network
  • Responsible for direct market interventions, driving the profit margins through Ideal product mix

  • Internal: Direct reporting to the Executive Director/Product Management Head

  • Having knowledge and expertise in UPI /POS/ Digital payments/ Payment gateways/ Transactional banking/ neobanking will be given more preference.
  • Experience in payment acquiring, issuing, accounts, lending, withdrawal, deposit, remittance, insurance and customer Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • MBA preferred
  • 3+ years experience in working as a product manager in a tech company
  • Knowledge of fintech / financial services / payment / banking industry is preferred
