- Level 5 diploma in leadership management in adult care (or equivalent experience).
- Experience within domiciliary/supported living/extra care.
- Registered with the CQC.
- Have at least 2 years' experience within senior position.
- Have experience with supported living/ Domiciliary Care/ Extra Care.
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
Performance related bonus scheme
