Role

The Head Accounts (HA) is responsiblefor shall be responsible for Accounting Taxation and regulatorycompliances Finance and Financial processes and MIS. The HA shallalso coordinate the Budgeting activity analyse the actualperformance with respect to the Budgets/ Targets and provideanalysis of variances.

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential F&A functions:
  1. Accounting: Record toReport process including Statutory and Internal Audit of thecompany.
  2. Taxation: Taxationand regulatory compliance including GST TDS Income Tax returnsetc.
  3. Finance: FinancialManagement including Cash Flow management working capitalmanagement banking relationships etc.
  4. AR/AP: Control the receipts andpayments as per company policies and requirements.
  • Budgeting and MIS
    1. Coordinate and formulate operational and FinancialBudgets/ Targets
    2. Analyse and present varianceanalysis

Education skills andtraits

  • CAInter/ CMAInter/ MBA (Finance) with 5 yearsof relevant experience in the IT services industry
  • Experience of managing US/ Europe/ Japan entity books(preferable)
  • Expertise in Financial modeling(MS Office)
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills
  • Professional and EthicalBehavior
  • Multilingual fluency in Englishnecessary working knowledge of Tamil preferable.
