  • Statutory compliance related to Labor Laws.
  • To ensure manpower deployment as per project requirements.
  • To facilitate for obtaining of applicable licenses / certificates to engagement of contract labor.
  • Ensure all the stature
  • Preparation of Gatepass of Contractual Labor with statutory requirements.
  • Facilitate contractors for preparation of Gatepass with coordination of Safety & Medical department.
  • Verification of PF & ESIC compliance with applicable registers and records as per applicable Acts.
  • Ensuring Monthly Wage disbursement & Statutory payments of Contract Workmen.
  • Coverage of all the labor in CWFM to Scheduling of Supply & BSR
  • Updating of master data for various report required by Mgt.
  • Data Management for preparation of MIS for Unit, HO and Govt. Officials as & when required.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly & annual Statutory returns under applicable Acts.
  • Tracking of Health / Medical Checkup of contractual labors.
  • Manage & Organize Monthly meeting and address their concerns, preparation of MOM, develop & Promote harmonious relationship between Management & Union
  • Grievance Handling of Contractors & Contract Workmen, Reduction of Unauthorized absenteeism of contract Labor, identify the chronic case and take action to minimize the absenteeism, monitoring disciplinary Action by Contractors
  • To ensure the Labor License of all Contractors are up to date.
  • Timely process the Kronos Sheet dully verified with Kronos
  • Distribution of Welfare amenities to the Employees like Uniform, Rain Suit, Gum Boot, Birthday Gifts
  • Verification of contractor's bills with statutory compliances.
  • End to end process of engagement of Apprentices.
  • To manage canteen activity related to Project site
  • Engagement activities of contractual labor at labor colonies.
  • To comply all the safety norms including no any personal Injury & Motor Vehicle Accident.

Qualifications:

MBA,Master in Human Resource Mgmt

Minimum Experience Level:

6-12 Years
