Job Purpose

This position is primarily responsible for the strategic and technical implementation and on-going support of the business process automations - chatbot, scripting etc. The position is responsible to drive & manage digitization across IT and HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study the business processes and identify the areas for digitization & automation
  • Understanding the business processes, evaluation of available solutions meeting the requirements and finalization of the same
  • Work closely with the business teams to understand the scope and get the sign- off
  • Coordinate with the business stakeholders and agency responsible for designing and building the automations
  • Implementation and tracking of automation projects and adoption
  • Responsible for the delivery of automations that are secure, efficient, and accurate
  • Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
  • Own the governance framework for automation processes in IT - onboarding, offboarding, password reset and other queries/requests that might need support
  • Analyzing and understanding the IT processes and recommend enhancements and getting those implemented
  • Coordination and assistance in enhancements of existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot and integration of chatbots
  • Roll out of AI bot for other use cases
  • Understanding the operational challenges in the existing implementations of all HR applications, coordination with vendor and business teams to resolve those
Work Experience

Education

Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Application / Computer Science

Experience

Architectural knowledge & working experience of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)

Knowledge of script based automation

Knowledge of digital transformation for the support functions - IT, HR, Legal

Skills related to data and reporting

Good communication and presentation skills

Project management skills

Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Should have hands on experience of automation
