Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Siebel configurations including business components, applets, views, and workflows.
• Write and maintain Siebel scripts using Siebel Tools including eScript and SiebelVB.
• Implement and customize Siebel Order Management functionalities.
• Develop and maintain Siebel integrations using integration tools such as EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager).
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Siebel solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design Siebel solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Siebel technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Siebel Developer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel configurations, scripting, order management, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools including Configuration, Scripting, and Workflow.
• Experience with Siebel Order Management functionalities.
• Strong understanding of Siebel integration methodologies and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
