What This Position is All About:

  • Great team spirit, supportive of colleagues, and flexible.
  • Capable of working well under pressure.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

You Also Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance (Full-time).
  • Financial aptitude with 2-4 years of Corporate Finance experience with MNCs/GICs, preferably in the Retail sector and 6 months experience in North American payroll.
  • Workday payroll platform experience.
  • Previous experience in US/Canada payroll preferred.

As The Associate, Payroll Processing, You Will:

  • Ensure compliance with Payroll and HR policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and service standards.
  • Complete all necessary period-end close activities according to the schedule.
  • Review accounting entries and reconcile month-end accounts during close activities.
  • Provide support for government audits or information requests when needed.
