We are seeking a Assistant Manager to join our Internal Control team. You will be responsible for conducting process based internal audit discussion with process owner, follow-up for action taken points & implementation of internal controls and implement internal controls, which involves individual contributor role. Your role plays a crucial part in cost control and strengthening of processes, which will contribute to positively impact cost saving and compliances. In this position, you will report to Manager Internal – Control.

This position is mainly located in Alwar Factory; however, it may involve up to 30% of travel to LCS sites based on requirement.

Team, you belong to

You will join a team of Internal Control dedicated to conducting process based internal audit and implementation of internal controls. We are currently working on process based audits.

We work closely with internal // external stakeholders, such as Business team, production team, Management, Internal control team and global internal audit team. Our team culture is all about working in a team to achieve departmental goals and business goals. The members in our team are in Gurugram and Vadodara.

What you'll do

CA/ CA-Inter/ ICWA with work experience of about 4 to 8 years in internal audits. Conducting process based internal audit of manufacturing process such as Procurement, production process, Logistics, Store, Inventory. Identify key risk areas for audit. Key responsibilities of the role include conducting process based internal audits, discussion with process owner, prepare audit report, follow-up for action taken points & implementation of internal controls. Develop acceptability of internal controls among stakeholders.

Who you are

Working knowledge of SAP & manufacturing process. Ability to handle the audit individually. Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word Good Analytical skills. Good communication skills Working knowledge of Internal Audit and Controls . Knowledge of Risk Control Matrix, processes Good Team player
