About The Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Associate-Clinical Transformation to support the Clinical Transformation Team in driving operational excellence across the external-facing Innovaccer University tool. You'll get to work with other CT and Product team members to build out and update a challenging and engaging training environment that enables our customers to thrive and grow.

A Day in the Life

Work with the CT Team to build out the curriculum for Innovaccer University, maintaining the content within the courses to match the Product Release scheduleManage the Docebo (LMS System) relationship in conjunction with the Sales Enablement Team Specialist to ensure the platform is appropriate for both internal and external consumersMaintain Innovaccer University's certification planner, tracking the enrollment, completion and partial completion of coursesDevelop a plan to grow adoption of the Innovaccer University tool, with strategic initiatives identified to drive usage of the toolMeasure the effectiveness of the certification pathways across the customer base.Work with the team to develop new certification methodologies and challenges that ensure an environment of continuous learningCreate and design various reports and dashboards for tracking training and certification complianceCo-support the third party vendor relationships that help build and update Innovaccer University curriculum/contentCollaborate with Product Teams, ensuring all training materials are up-to-date with the latest and greatest material.


What You Need

Strong organizational and planning skills; patience and respect are a mustStrong skills with Google suite applications, especially excel/sheets for operational reportingAbility to learn and navigate PM tools (managed by 3rd party vendors)Ability to self-manage, focus and prioritize under moderately stressful conditions1-4 years of experience or study in corporate training, marketing, sales or engineering fieldsA genuine interest in Healthcare and/or Marketing, or Sales, or Learning is preferredComfortable working US shift hours or hybrid schedule US/IST scheduleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Learning Management Systems and Project Management applicationsBachelor's degree is a prerequisite

Preferred Skills

Engineering, or Marketing, or Sales and/or corporate operations or training background is preferredExperience in certifications/or assessment based enablement in past rolesProject Management - Handling multiple work streams- understanding of agile work practicesStakeholder management skillsUnderstanding and knowledge of SaaS based product and sales cycleOrganization and time management skills; dedication to completing tasks/projects in a timely mannerDetail-oriented and attitude to follow throughSelf starter comfortable working independentlyAdaptability and flexibility- comfortable with continuously changing prioritiesAnalytical thinker who proactively anticipates next best actions
