We are seeking to onboard a highly skilled Associate to join our team.

As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving digital adoption, and provide valuable insights to our various teams, clients & internal projects.


Key roles and responsibilities:

Digital Adoption for Tech Ops Tools:
Oversee the implementation and usage of the various tools. Ensuring all sites, vendors, and cafeterias are accurately mapped.
Track and maintain high adoption rates across various tools.
Monitor and report the progress across all Pan-India sites regularly.

Provide Valuable insights to clients:
Share regular insight-driven presentations (PPTs) with the clients.
Understand Client needs and proactively address any concerns.

Coordination and Feedback Integration:


Act as a liaison between the product/technology team and operations team to communicate & implement new requirements based on feedback from the operations team.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to seamlessly integrate new features and tools.

Training and Support:
Provide training and support to SOEs and other team members to ensure proficient use of digital tools.
Address any issues or challenges faced by the team in adopting and using the new tools.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on implementing digital products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify meaningful insights from complex data sets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Macros is an add-on advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
