Job Description (Business Development Manager)

Objectives of this role:

  • Represent the company effectively with a deep understanding of our offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to broaden our customer base and expand the company's global presence.

  • Ensure team meets quotas by conducting daily check-ins, setting goals, and tracking progress.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Required to work remotely.
  • Travel may be necessary to meet potential clients.
  • 3-10 years of experience in the Corporate Gifting industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales processes, from planning to finalizing deals.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Consistent history of surpassing sales quotas.

NOTE: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Corporate Sales.

You will be set sales targets based on specific regions with a base salary and commission structure.
