Role Summary

The Person needs to co-ordinate with Zonal teams and corporate office team of admin/business for day-to-day Operations of New Branch Premises identification/Shifting/Addition/Infra Setup & Compliances such as Registration under Shop Act/Trade License and shall be reporting to AVP- Administration.

Job Description

  • Identification of New Premises/Shifting of Existing Premises.
  • Setting up of infra as per defined requisition/cost.
  • Co-ordination with Zonal Teams Admin for Registration under shop act & trade license.
  • Preparation of MIS and Record Management.
  • Bookkeeping of all Rental Agreement (New/Renewal).
  • Handling of Rental Module
  • Co-ordination with Finance team for release of Advance payment for New Branch Premises such as Advance Rental/Security Deposit/Vendor Payment for Infra Setup etc.
  • Understanding of Procurement (Non -IT) Procedures and Processes.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments.

(These Key Responsibilities are illustrative; The incumbent will be required to perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.)

Educational Qualification

Minimum bachelor's degree,

Preferred Qualification

Industry background- Financial Service/Banking/NBFCs

Reference Companies – Satin/Tata Capital/ICICI/HDFC/Indusind/Kotak

MBA will be preferred

Key Competence & Skills

  • Proven experience for coordination of Infra Setup & Compliance for Banking/NBFC branches.
  • Understanding of People Management
  • Willingness to Work as per company ethos.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Negotiation/Team Handling
