Our ideal Performance Marketing Manager will have:

Total experience of 5-7 years and minimum work experience of 3 years in performance marketing

Hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns on Google & Facebook properties

-Should have an Experience with Mobile APP Marketing.

A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision making

Obsessed with metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Cohorts, MAU, etc.

Hands-on experience in using GA, Omniture, Appsflyer, and equivalent analytics tools

Should have managed monthly budgets of more than 2 Cr INR.
