Roles and Responsibilities
- Accurately predict annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Collaborate with AGM/RGM to devise sales strategies to enhance market share in all product categories
- Monitor area sales, analyze differences, and create & execute area-specific sales action plans for revenue growth in product segments
- Conduct sales activities for major accounts, negotiate sales prices, and discounts with AGM/RGM consultation
- Drive and oversee distributor performance on sales metrics, on-time delivery, query resolution
- Offer suggestions on new distributor appointment and distributor management system
- Track and document account activities, assist in closing deals to achieve targets
- Channel Development for primary and secondary sales; channel management and expansion.
- Provide insights to the regional branding execution manager in creating suitable branding initiatives for the area
- Execute area-specific trade promotional/branding/marketing activities and aim for maximum visibility through marketing and promotional efforts
- Organize influencer engagement programs such as sales promotion activities and key plumber/architect/consultant meetings
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree
- Years/type of experience: 3-7 years in Building Material Business is mandatory
- Language: Proficient in English and local language
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to foster relationships
