Responsibilities:- Provide visionary leadership to the Learning Designers team to develop impactful and innovative learning solutions.- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Learning Designers and Coordinators responsible for creating learning programs.- Establish and evolve the team's vision, goals, and initiatives aligned with the Canadian Operations strategy.- Develop consistent processes and standards for learning creation in alignment with industry trends and technology.- Manage operational workflow, including resource planning and project schedules.- Track and measure deliverables, report results, and allocate resources efficiently.- Design comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational objectives and design standards.- Foster collaboration and innovation within the team to drive professional growth.- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive innovative learning solutions.- Implement modern learning experiences using online, digital, and virtual platforms.- Influence the selection and updates of learning technology platforms aligned with business needs.- Collaborate with OLP colleagues and leaders to ensure design solutions meet business requirements.Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5 years leadership experience, preferably leading a learning instructional design team.
- University education in adult education or instructional design is an asset.- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.- Expertise in digital learning solutions, LMS platforms, adult learning techniques, and best practices.- Strong relationship building, communication, and strategic thinking skills.- Ability to manage resources, prioritize activities, and drive continual improvement.- Experience in Financial Services Operations organizations is advantageous.
