We are on the lookout for a Dealer Development Executive to join our automotive team. In this role, you will be instrumental in boosting our business growth by identifying and nurturing new dealer partnerships. Your main tasks will include forging strong relationships with potential dealers, negotiating agreements, and implementing strategies to ensure the success of our dealership network.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new dealerships in line with our company's objectives
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with current and prospective dealers to maximize business prospects
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to devise effective dealer acquisition and retention plans
  • Work closely with the sales team to spot and assess potential dealership opportunities and craft detailed business strategies
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations with dealerships to ensure compliance with sales objectives, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding product knowledge, sales tactics, and marketing approaches
  • Collaborate with various teams to create and implement dealer incentive schemes, promotions, and events

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in dealer development, automotive sales, or a similar role in the automotive sector
  • Thorough understanding of automotive dealership operations encompassing sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Capability to establish and nurture solid relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-driven and proactive with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving dynamics of the industry
