  • Handling Emergencies: Being prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations such as accidents, medical emergencies, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of daily operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, passenger counts, and any incidents or accidents that occur during the course of duty.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Complying with federal, state, and local regulations governing the operation of commercial vehicles and passenger transportation services.
  • Professionalism: Conducting oneself professionally at all times, including maintaining a neat and clean appearance, following company policies and procedures, and treating passengers and coworkers with respect and courtesy.
  • Continuous Training: Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance driving skills, safety knowledge, and customer service abilities.
