  • Knowledge of running the AUS and verifying the data integrity off the Desktop UW / Loan Prospector
  • Review of Employment Guideline Requirements
  • Performing Income calculations (salaried / Self-employed / Rental / Other Incomes)
  • Validation of all types of Assets including 401K, Bank Statements, Mutual funds, etc.
  • Usage of Assets against Income requirement / qualification
  • Calculation of Debt-to-Income Ratio, Loan to value Ratio, Housing Payments
  • Review appraisal and perform Property Valuation and use property valuation tools
  • Review of Credit Report including Credit Scores, Existing liens, payments, etc.
  • Reviewing alternate / support documents for credit review
  • Title review and lien validations
  • Reviewing loan details in Loan application, Letter of explanations, gift letters
  • Income verification on Bank statement loans
  • Client-specific guideline review with alternate documentations
  • Understanding Counteroffer and Solution the loan
  • Reviewing compliance documents Mortgage(Originations)
