We are currently seeking applications for the Manager, Record to Report position.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to ensure smooth operations – collaborate with GFL's and GPO's.
  • Meet all SLA's for the tower.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, drive employee engagement.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders through scheduled and ad hoc calls and meetings.
  • Focus on achieving a positive NPS within the process.
  • Analyze volume trends proactively and forecast capacity needs.
  • Demonstrate collaborative and influencing skills, particularly with clients and onshore teams to overcome challenges.
  • Regularly evaluate team members' skill sets and make necessary decisions.
  • Align team goals with client objectives, track progress, and communicate effectively.
  • Identify process requirements and collaborate with organizational resources to address them.
  • Develop future managers by mentoring and upskilling team leads.
  • Promote innovation, drive continuous improvement, and excel in process excellence with GPOs.

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience in people management (leading teams of 20+).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, etc.) and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of RTR Risks & Controls.
  • Experience in leading transitions for R2R towers.
  • Managed R2R transformation projects.

Minimum Work Experience: 8 to 10 years in F&A domain, specifically in Close and Reporting functions. At least 5 to 6 years of experience as an RTR Manager.
