KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers for hiring needs globally – Lateral / Freshers.
  • Lead all recruiting efforts to support talent needs across all businesses globally (hiringrequirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, on boarding).
  • Ensure Effective reporting and analysis of open Vs Closed positions.
  • Drive diversified sourcing strategies leveraging direct sourcing tools.
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policyand practices are executed.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends within the industry; establishrapport of line managers, executives, and peers.
  • Drive cost effective channels of sourcing and build efficiencies to improve recruitmentprocesses.
  • Lead/engage in projects to enhance self-growth and learning.
  • Implement recruitment dashboards and keep everyone updated on stages of recruitment.
  • Design and implement Branding Guidelines, for better visibility and hiring process.
  • Implement & execute fresh and new ideas for talent attraction.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • 7-10 years of experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting; strong experiencerecruiting for highly Technical/Non-Technical roles is needed.
  • Be a self-starter at initiatives, go-getter with an affinity with data and should be able to takedecisions based upon facts and support it with data.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and stakeholderrelationships.
  • Passion and desire to succeed in the ever-changing world of recruitment and talent.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of leadership.

Strong interpersonal skills:
able to effectively and build relationships and establish trust,respect, competence, and confidence.

  • ATS experience (Successfactors is a plus).
  • Sourcing Tools experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Connectifier, TalentBin, Gild, and Entelo is aplus).
