Job Description :

  • ServiceNow tester will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using ATF to validate ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • This role will also be responsible for accelerating testing cycles, identifying defects, and contributing to the overall quality assurance of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Prepare regression test plans along with the process leads of each team and update their regression test plans with both manual tests and ATF , so that the regression test execution can be conducted as effectively as possible during the servicenow upgrade testing.
  • Participate as Test lead and to include different teams for testing to ensure a high automation percentage.
  • Prepare smoke test plansFor the most critical business functionalities, the product streams must prepare smoke test plans for the production upgrade weekend. These smoke tests need to be executed to ensure that business can continue after the production upgrade.
  • To build and maintain ATF after each sprint on each story basis and to run these ATF after every sprint as part of regression.
  • Drive a team of QAs, mentoring and guiding them on different QA deliverables.
  • Execute testing per schedule to meet agreed testing requirements.
