  • Advice on the manufacturing & Value added products such as blown films.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications standardization in product manufacturing.
  • Develop compounding recipes for targeted or customized products using plastic waste lead new / customized recipes from concept to commercialization.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of new products advice on reducing cost of processing.
  • Enable team to successfully get the products validated and accepted as per customer product requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze costs associated with products recycled or upcycled from postconsumer/industrial plastic waste.
  • Develop cost models and pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and optimization strategies.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of plant machinery.
  • Train and mentor staff on operational procedures & Best Practices and safety protocols.
