Responsibilities include:This role primarily focuses on clients in the Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) . You will also involved in various engagement types, including Reviews, Audits, and Compilations, ensuring thorough and compliant execution of each engagement. Responsibilities:Perform engagement and deliver high-quality work as per the audit methodology and in line with the client/ engagement team expectations.Demonstrate a strong understanding of aligned client/ engagement and audit methodology while performing various procedures, along with knowledge of audit tools to make execution more efficient and meaningful.Develop and maintain productive relationships with the client/ engagement team.Proactively discuss workflow management with the client/ engagement team and monitoring performance against standards. Monitor utilization for self budget to actuals, and other operational matters.Demonstrate professionalism, competence and clarity of communication when dealing with the client/ engagement team.Identify opportunities to improve the scope of work.Standardize execution processes along with leveraging best practices across one’s aligned client/ engagements or beyond.Motivate team members, identify and foster key talents.Be responsible for various operational matters related to client/ engagements aligned.Lead by example.Qualifications:Graduation or Post Graduation1+ years of relevant work experience in US Audits -EBPDeep knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)Proficiency in using various audit tools and applicationsPreferred Skills:Excellent communication skillsEffective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skillsProject management, coaching, counselling andRobust logical and reasoning skillsAbility to spread positive work culture, teaming and live Firm valuesAbility to quickly form strong working relationship with colleagues in India and global teamsUnlocking Growth with SENTIENT
