Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Transport Manager, based out of Ernakulam. The Transport Manager will oversee maintenance of vehicles & excavators , daily transportation operations, manage a fleet of vehicles, supervise drivers, and ensure timely delivery of materials to clients. Responsibilities include route planning, scheduling, optimizing operations, maintaining vehicle compliance, and coordinating with customers to address their requirements effectively.He will also be responsible for upkeep maintenance of fleet of 7 excavators Qualifications Proficiency in Operations , maintenance Management and Transportation management Hands own experience in maintenance of heavy machinery including excavators, JCBs and loaders Experience in Fleet Management, including vehicle scheduling and compliance monitoring Proven leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a relevant field is preferred Familiarity with software tools for fleet and logistics management is a plus Education :Degree/diploma in automobile Mechanical Engineering Salary: 4.8-6 LPA Per annum
