Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated B2B Sales Development Representative to join our team in India (Immediate Joiners Only) . This role is crucial in driving the adoption of products among B2B clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships that contribute to growth.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities to target outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential target customers within the defined market segments.
Reach out to prospects via various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, social media).
Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of products and how it can revolutionize their business.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and pipeline development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
0-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS targeting the US Market (while working in the PST timings).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Knowledge of the AI technology landscape and familiarity with AI-based solutions is a plus.
Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
