Job Title: Experience Cloud Developer Location : (PAN India) – Bangalore (Global village Tech Park) / Hyderabad (Rai Durg) / Mumbai (Powai / Mahape) / Chennai (DLF IT Park) / Pune (Shivajinagar) / Noida (Candor Techspace, Industrial Area) / Gurgaon (Ambience Island, DLF Phase 3) / Kolkata (Merlin Infinite, Salt Lake Electronics Complex) Experience : 5 to 10 Years Employment Type : Contract to Hire Work Mode : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: 5–10 Years of Experience Location : India Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer, partner, and employee portal solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain Lightning Components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and integrations with third-party systems. Configure and customize Experience Cloud sites, including page layouts, navigation, branding, and security settings. Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Maintain documentation related to technical architecture, configurations, and customizations. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Experience Cloud. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Experience configuring and customizing Experience Cloud sites, including audience targeting, page variations, and theming. Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data migration tools. Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps best practices for Salesforce. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Experience working with multinational teams and global clients.
