We are seeking self-motivated and analytically driven professionals to join our Risk Analytics team. The ideal candidate to have a strong background in Credit Risk or Portfolio Risk Management, with the ability to derive actionable insights through robust data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute toward maintaining and improving portfolio quality across lending products.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop insights and recommendations to support business decisions and risk mitigation strategiesContribute to Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modeling, loss forecasting, and stress testing exercisesEvaluate Early Warning Signal (EWS) frameworks using internal and external data sources as well as developing & deploying new modelsCollaborate with Credit, Product, and Business teams to drive risk-based strategiesParticipate in portfolio performance reviews and highlight emerging risk trendsRequired Skills & CompetenciesExperience in portfolio risk assessment, especially in Retail and/or SME lendingStrong analytical skills with an eye for detail and a problem-solving mindsetProficiency in Python for data analysis and model developmentAdvanced Excel user – able to work with pivot tables, lookups, and automationSelf-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentFamiliarity with credit appraisal processes and risk assessment methodologies is an added advantageEducational QualificationsCA / MBA / B.Tech / Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative fieldExperience3-5 years of experience in the lending business of a Bank or NBFCPreferably worked in Credit Risk / Portfolio Monitoring / Risk Analytics functions
